For Lenders

The Help Desk can answer questions relating to the operation of the Portal web site. To gain access to P260 Portal for the first time, you need to contact the lender SuperUser. Questions pertaining to HUD policies or requirements for the information entered into the Portal should be directed to HUD or Information Systems & Networks Corporation.

For Inspectors, Appraisers, and Closing Agents

Contact the Field Service Manager or Asset Manager you are working for to gain access to the Portal and for help using the P260 Portal.
